H4 to H-1, Please help

Hello Everyone,

I will be applying for H-1 this year. Currently on H-4 status.
Is it wise to submit my wife's pay stub while filing for H-1?
My sponser has not mention anything about pay stub.

Any help is appreciated.

No, that's un-necessary. You don't need to furnish paystubs unless your work status was the basis of the application.
