h4 to F1 urgent help required

hi all,

I came here on H4.I lost my passport and I-94. after applying with Indian embassy , I was issued a new passport. but there is na valid h4 stamp in it. Now Iam planning to do my masters starting this spring. I don't want to go to India for stamping as I am afraid of possibilities of getting visa. The important thing is, I am don't have my husbands support. I am staying with my friends. I am not having any of his papers with me. Can anyone help me out in this problem. I want to change my status as soon as possible. please please please.

Do you remember H4 visa number in your lost PP.? with that you can chnage the status and get another I 94 too.

If you know the lawyer of your husband company, he can get you copy and change your status too.
