I had few questions about H4 to F1 conversion. Iam currently on H4. I will soon join school for Masters. But Iam concerned about the high tuitions which i will have to pay, coz of which i wont be able to study like a regular student. I am planning to get my visa(h4) converted to F1. I know that for this I will have to obtain an I20 from school. And then Iam not sure of the exact procedure to follow. Is it that I have to take an visa appointment and go to the embassy outside US like in mexico. Or will I have to go to my home country, or is there any other way. But i have another problem. I already have 2 F1 visa rejection from my home country. With this do i stand any chance of getting my F1 this time.If in case my F1 is rejected, will I be able to come back on my H4? Or is it wise not to apply for the status change and rather continue studying with H4.Please advise.
