H4 stamping

hi all,

I am in US and my wife is in india.Till now i was working for company X..now i got an offer from company Y and they will apply for my H1 transfer.
Can i get h4 stamping for my wife based on company X's approval notice(previous employer) with the employment letter and other documents?i have 1 recent paystub from the previous company.

If you are working for company Y, then in the future the dates might cause issue. You also have to apply for a h4 extension later after your spouse comes into US.
Generally consulate will accept any valid H1.

Can u pl elaborate about the date issue?Will there be any problem?When my wife comes here then i will send her amd my passport for revalidation after transferring her H4 with the current employer.

future trouble- while applying for GC. dates might not be consistent with the employer terms...

pl let me know the details.The new h1 is just under process.When my wife comes to US can i include and file her H4 transfer with my new company while my H1 is under process.

It can be done, just remember to have her H-4 extended/transferred before her I-94 date expires...
One common problem of having different dates on each spouse's I-94 (from two different employer's) is that they expire on different dates, and as a result the spouse's status fali to get extended in time...
