H4 Stamping on Passport

Hi Jim & Gurus ,

Please help me........
I came to US on an H4 visa in 1999 , Then changed my status from H4 to H1 in Oct'2001...Didn't work for this company at all....By the time I got the approval letter from the employer it was Feb'2002.....I immediately applied for change of status from H1 to H4 in April'2002 which got approved last week.

My question is Can I send my passport for revalidation to St.louis (H4 stamping) ? My visa stamping expired in Feb'2002.
And also my husbands stamping expired and it is not revalidated.
Will this effect my stamping ?


Please let me know...Jim,Jaxen and all gurus out there....

My Opinion

is that you cannot , since there are a couple of change of statuses involved.
