H4 Stamping on a different Company petition than H1

Hi,
I have my H1B visa stamped with my current employer(A) petition (Exp. June 2007). I have scheduled an appointment with Consulate for my finacee's H4 visa in feb 2006 with my current employer's petition details. I will be transfering my H1B Visa to a new employer(B) sometime in dec 2005 or jan 2006 by which time the appointment for the month of feb 2006 will most likely be closed. My plan is to send an email to the 'appointment scheduling agency' the H1B petition details of the New company(A) (once it's transfered) to update the H4 Visa appointment and me coming back to USA on the current employer's H1B visa (since it's expiring only in June 2007) and get it stamped in Canada or Mexico. Is there any issue or risk involved in re-entering USA with H4 visa being based on a different H1B petition than what the H1 visa holder is stamped to.

THANKS in advance.

------------this plan may not work sending Emails. she should get H4 visa stamp based on current employer's H1 approval notice as YOU are not sure when your new employer will file H1 trasfer. when she go for H4 stamping on X date and you are on A employer H1 then show A emplyer H1 approval. if she goes for visa stamping on Y date then and if you have NEW H1 approval notice then she should show new employer B approval notice. YOU dont need new visa stamp and can come back with valid visa stamp till June 2007 but if NEW H1 trasfer approved then show passport Visa stamp AND new H1 approval notice at POE and you will get I-94 till new H1 approval notice

and me coming back to USA on the current employer's H1B visa (since it's expiring only in June 2007) and get it stamped in Canada or Mexico. Is there any issue or risk involved in re-entering USA with H4 visa being based on a different H1B petition than what the H1 visa holder is stamped to.
------------ no need to
THANKS in advance.

Very related question

If we change the employer after we book the employer.

Can we take the old and the new H-1 Petitions with us on the date of the appointment and explain to them the situation.

The reason is, since on the appointment notice, we have the petition number of the H-1 we booked the appointment with.
