H4 Stamping @ Mexico

I changed my company recently., I , my wife & child got H1B/H4 Visa from new company. My wife & child planing to go for H4 stamping in Mexico by next week.

Could you please advivce whether they can go for H4 stamping WITH OUT my H1B stamped. ????

What about you? Why can't you go along with them get all of the visa stamped at once.

they dont need a new stamp just cause they got a new visa, has the prev stamp expired, wont they be able to get it when they have to travel out of the country.

But you do not need to be stamped for their stamp. But since they are travelling to mexico just for the stamp why dont you get it over with as well.
