Hello All,
I need some important information on H4 stamping for my would be at chennai consulate.
I had a bench period in 2001, 2002 and had a big difference in LCA and W2. I almost worked 7 months out of 14 months of my total work time with my employer "A".
Then I switched to company "B" and got a H1 , also got it stamped here in US on 2003 sep, which is still valid upto feb 2006.
Again I swtiched company 'C' and received the H1 approval on 2004 April which is valid until March 2007 which is not yet stamped on passport as I can apply for revalidation only before 60 days of expiration which will december 2005.
Also the new H1 I received from emmployer "C" is having incorrect names like my last and first names are switched.
Now, I am getting married on May 2005.. but having the following question.
1. Since my 2001 and 2002 W2s are showing way lower wages is it going to be a problem?
2. My incorrect first and last name in new H1 will be a issue when my would be going for H4 stamping? We have applied for the name correction a long back but havent received any message from INS.
Please help me !!
