H4 Stamping in Chennai

Dear Friends,

My wife is going for H4 stamping in Chennai.
I applied in St.Louis for my new visa stamping.

I sent all the papers except my visa stamping. B'cas my visa is still pening in St.Louis.

She is having my passport copy ( 36 pages with old visa )

Does she need my new visa stamping for H4 stamping. ?

she is having my LCA and I797 approval notice.

Please any one let me know.
