H4 stamping in Chennai

Hi Jaxen,

I got my H1 stamped a few days back. I have pay stubs for two months. I am planning to apply H4 for my wife and son who are in India. Is showing two months of pay stub is enough?. I have changed my visa from F1 to H1. I have a US degree.

Please advice.

my wife recently applied for H4 at Chennai and got a query asking for:

1) Original approval notice
2) Original I-129 petioiton for non-immigrant worker
3)LCA
4)copies of last 6 months paystubs

I-129 and LCA are not mandatory for H4 filing. But its safe to keep with you, in case...
