Dropbox for h-4 visa if you have travelled to US in preceding 7 years on H visa
An H4 visa is issued to spouse and children below 21 of H1B visa holders who have travelled before on H-4 visa.
You or your representative must visit a US Visa Application Centre with :
1. Passport, valid for minimum 6 months beyond visit.
Passport must have evidence of previous travel on an H, L or F type
visa - if evidence is in previous passport, please submit previous passport
as well.
2. A fully completed and signed visa application form.
3. One passport-sized photograph, front facing with light background
and not more than 6 months old, to be affixed to application form.
4. Demand Draft favoring "Centurion Bank - a/c US Visa" for Rs. 6,160/-
per applicant. (check for the latest fee rate)
5. Petitions:
For H4 visa: form I-797 (Notice of Action) in original for H1B applicant.
6. Letter from employer of principal applicant confirming names and
relationship.
7. Additional requirements: Marriage certificate (for spouse) and
birth certificate (for children below 21) required in original.
Dependents not applying along with H1B will have to
submit original of head of family\'s H1B visa(they say copy but if you take copy of H-1 they ask for the original)
The H4 applicant must provide proof that the H1-b alien is in status-that is Provide copy of the full passport of H-B holder including copy of blankpages, and proof of the applicant\'s relationship to the H-1b alien -- , 5 marriage photos,
