H4 Stamping based on 7th year extension.

Are there any issues to get the H4 stamped at Chennai consulate based on 7th year H1-B

My daughter is in India and her H4 expires in Oct 04 (my H1-B as well - 6 years). If she want's to come to India she has to get her H4 stamping.

I am planning to apply for my H1-B 7th year extension and send the H1-B approval to India for my Daughter's H4 visa stamping.

Are there any issues in this approach ?

----- you need H1 approved and in H1 status to get her H4 Visa stamped
If she want's to come to India she has to get her H4 stamping.
----- If she wants to come to India????? if she is going to India then India does not need H4 visa to enter India, it is US that need H4 if she want to enter US on H4
