H4 Stamp In Mumbai

Hi,
I will be visiting India after 4 years. During these years I changed status from F2 to F1 to H1 and finally to H4.
1) May I know the procedure to get the H4 stamp after I reach Mumbai.
2) What papers I will need to submit apart from my I-94 card of H4.
3) Do I need to present my Husband's H1 I-94 card or his passport etc?

Thanks for the help.

First off there is a small risk involved in any case of transfer to H4, especially in a third world country US consulate.
Check the consulate web site they have the list of docs required (and my other post about H4 stamping).
You need proof of all your previous visa with overlapping validity but clear start dates. I presume that you had applied for H1 to h4 and have an approval.
Spouse's H1 certified, visa copy, I94 copy, passport copy are essential.
Visit the consulate sites (and ttsvisas.com) and gather all the documents before going out of US. Although you are most probably eligible for drop off box, you should be prepared for any eventuality.
Also note that mumbai consulate has been insisting that you should have your spouse's last name endorsed in your passport. Have not seen any recent posts regarding last name issue...
