H4 revalidation- Please help

My wife got the H4 ravlidation (VISA stamping) from State Department once which expired on October, 03. Also, my H1 visa expired on February and applied for extension which will be coming in a week.

My question, Can we send for another H4 revalidation since it expired more than 6 months ago? Please help!!

----- yes, you can send for Visa revalidation if Previous Visa has NOT expired than 1 year.
