Hi Guys, One query to experts or poor guys who had to go thru what I'm going thru rite now.
My wife had applied for her self (Primary applicant) and my son for H4 extension. we received only 1 receipt notice since it was only 1 application for both of them.eventually the case got approved and we received apporval notice only for my son and not for my wife.
I called them and after 1 hr on the phone someone came on the phone and asked me to write a letter to USCIS mentioning the case. thanksfully my wife has got 3 months before her I-94 expires.
Has anyone gone thru this kind of problem before?Please respond
