Hi All,
My wife recently went for an interview at Mumbai consulate and she was rejected under section 214(b) as the VO did not see the pictures of our traditional ceremony. We had done court marriage due to covid and did not perform any ceremony and had pictures from our court marriage only. Has anyone faced a similar situation and how did you overcome it? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, does 214(b) rejection applies to H category visas? I have read everywhere that it does not, is there a way to bring this up with USCIS and ask for their intervention?
