H4 - Registered Marriage - No photos

Hi,

I got engaged to my wife in a ceremony but due to lack of time got a registered marriage without any ceremony. I've been on H1 visa for 4year and now my wife needs to get H4 to come to US.
one of the requirement is to have marriage photos, which we dont. Does anyone hvae similar experience. What happens in this case? What are our options?

I think you can present your Engagement photos. But if you have at least one photo at the time of registration that would be good. But i think engagement photos should be fine. If you dont want to risk even a little, i suggest you check with any attorney as i never came across a similar case.
