H4 Refusal prinicipal applicant not in status--urgent help

" So I requested, Company A to
Provide the supporting letter, dummy pay slips"

---It seems your Dummy pay slips are the reason and it can create serious problems for you. Anti Fraud unit may also try to dig and verify your educational documents you submitted at the time of getting first time H1.
You must consult good immigration lawyer as you may face immigration fraud allegations from BCIS when BCIS gets report on you from Chennai consulate. Why you people do this …. And make others suffer because of you who submit anything Dummy. To be honest, you don’t deserve any free advice

Looks like your case seems to be more of a exception than a rule I think something seriously wrong would have triggered the consulate to think your case is fraud. (dummy pay slips could be one reason--I really don't understand why you had to do that you could have either waited for new H1 approval from company B or stayed with company A till you got married for your India trip and then moved to company B--in short why take chances if it is question of delay by couple of months)

I would seriously recommended consulting your company lawyer (if you have one) or a good attorney since as "ginnu" mentioned doing all this "dummy" stuff not only impacts the people who do it but others who are genuine cases.

its amazing what people like you do without thinking of the damage you cause to yourselves and others !
get a lawyer, fly down to chennai and ressolve this before it becomes nasty for you here !!

Hi
I am not sure how this helps but here is what i went thru. I applied for my wifes H4 and got the same query/letter and my attorney contacted the Chennai Consulate and they told her that they think i am not getting paid full time.To my knowledge i got paid for all the days i am in Us and my pay is 5K less than the one mentioned on I129 so she is working to resolve the issue, chennai consulate asked us to send my tax return for all the years in US directly from IRS. I requested IRS to send them and am waiting response from Chennai

Thanks

Hi zipper,
Thanks for your information. May i know the dates, when you got this query and how many days do you think it is going to slove the problem etc... Actually i am also proceeding through a lawyer, but i will appreciate if you give this information.

Thanks
Aditya

Its been like 5 months. They take long time to answer. Also when u contact ur lawyer can u ask him/her is the Consulate is obligated to tell the truth. I am asking this because the for me they say i am not getting paid full time and asked for my tax returns. I donot see how they can get the information different from the YTD on the paychecks.
