H4 question

I got my H1 stamped ( first h1) last week from chennai. My wife and kid will be appearing for their interview on Aug 14th for H4. Will there be a problem if they know I am still in India - will they ask her to reappear with me? Or should she wait till I leave India to appear for her H4? any one with similar experiences please advice

Your presence in chennai should not have any bearing in h4 approval. In fact your being there would lend documentary support (ask them to take the passport as evidence) for h4.
