H4 Question

Hello there,

Last year before going to India on a vacation we applied for our H visa renewal. I got my H1 paper but my wife didn't receive her H4 papers. Realizing that we don't need H4 papers in India for Visa stamping, we went India per our planned vacation.

We got our Visa stamped and while entering USA received I-94. Though our papers are up-to-date but we are still missing that H4 paper for my wife. May be they had sent to my old address as we changed our Apt after applying

Can anyone please help in understanding our options or our next steps in getting the H4 papers.

if you or your wife got H4 visa stamp in India and then entred US on H4 and got I-94 at POE then why you need her H4 paper??

-----------------------not H4 paper you need to file H4 extension with valid I-94(front and back)
