My wife attended Interview in Chennai Consulate on March10th and got 1 Query. The Query reads as follows "An explanation from the petitioner / employer that may explain why the principal's salaries were well under the required minimum set by law" 2001-2003
Within quotes is in the preprinted from and 2001-2003 was written by the officer in black pen.
I have been with same employer since 2000.
Does anybody know what is the minimum H1 wage for state of CA. In 2001 i made 39k and 2003 i made 36k, i wanna know if these are above/below the minumum set by law for the state of CA.
Also, could somebody please suggest what is the best reply to be given to the Consulate.
