I have paystubs with significant gaps for first six months of my stay at US after that I have regular paystubs. My wife and son are visiting US consulate at Delhi for third time. Now the have asked for original paystubs for first six months and I-129, Labor Cert. Can they deny visa based on gaps ?

Thanks

---they MAY becase employer is supposed to pay you from the date you joined him on H1, let the employer explain on company letter why he did NOT pay you. Employer has violated H1 law/regulations, and now all US consulates in India know then employer makes the worker to sit on BENCH or Under TABLE and that is NOT allowed
Thanks

Thanks Ginnu, one more question.

That was my previous employer, I canged my job in Nov-03. And also can they revoke my H1 Approval / Visa.

---It means previous employer NOt paid you, It has nothing to do with your New employer

----- ONLY USCIS or Employer can revoke the H1 approval and Visa is just stamp to enter US and that is under US consulate or DOS, I dont think they will do anything to YOUR Visa stamp.
