H4 & Pregnancy

Hi Folks,

I could not find anything in the FAQ or anything meaningful in any search results, so any info on this would be appreciated!

We've been in the US for 3 years with GC etc. in progress.

My wife is on an H4 and chances are very good that she is pregnant.

How does this affect our GC application process etc etc?

I've heard that the child will be a USC, but what happens to us as parents? Do we file for Adjustment of Status or something like that after the birth?

----if the child is born in US then baby will be USC, nothing happens to you
Do we file for Adjustment of Status or something like that after the birth?
---- Baby birth has nothing to do with your filing for AOS, When the baby reaches the age of 21 then only he/she is able to file sponsorship petition for you
