H4 - Port of Entry question

My wife & son has H4 on Company A, coming to USA on Jun 24th.

I got an offer with Company B going to file H1b transfer from A to B.

If the company B files the H1b transfer, will there be a problem when they enter the US on H4 with company A?

Kindly advise.

In my opinion, no problem. H4 depends on H1 and the requirement is that the H1 should be valid, does't matter which company.
