H4 period From 12apr2006 to 30May2006

Hi Gurus,
My wife attended the Visa consuelling inteview for H4 on 11 apr 2006.
She carried all the latest document with her.
Date given in my i-94 is till Aug2007. and my H1b visa expires at Nov2007.

But the H4 visa stamping my wife got is from 12 Apr 2006 to 30 May 2006.


will it be a mistake from the US consulate in printing the dates?
Please suggest me wht should I do next?
