Documentation details on Mumbai consulate web site says, we need to submit original notice of action for H4 visa. My friend's spouse is already in USA, and my friend is attending for H4 visa in couple of weeks. Do we really need to keep original notice of action with us for H4 stamping? Could someone please advise.
