H4 or F1, please advise

Hi

I am a H1b visa holder in US, my fiancee is mexican and I wanto to bring her with me after we get married in October. She wants to study english (improve english skills) before apply for a Master studies. Also she want to work part time. I dont know if she should apply first for H4 and them for F1???
She already has a tourist visa.


My questions are the following

- Is better if she applied for a F-1 visa and then we can get marriend, my worries are what will happen when she will renew her f-1 visa and that time she will be as married and not as single.

- or Request a H4 visa and here in US apply for the F-1,

For both cases I will be the sponsor for her here in US

so, will be a problem in the interview if she says that her fiancee (me) is in US when she is trying to apply for F1 visa?

Please I need suggestions and answers for these questions

She can get F1 before marriage with no problem. Fiancee relation no need to be disclose.

Or you can marry her and bring her by H4 later you can change her to F1 visa.
