My wife applied for her H4 two weeks ago at Delhi. She was told they will need my additional documents including...6 months' pay stubs, 6 months bank statements, Resume and company photos.
They said it is becuase they want to make sure that my company and I are financially secure.
Here is my question:
My company is a small one, owned by my brother. My salary is not transferred directly into my bank account, I draw it randomly, once or twice a month, though the amounts are pretty decent... So, does it matter that the paystub dates and amounts match with the deposits made in my account?
