My wife's name is mispelled incorrectly in form I539. I am planning to go to chennai to get our visa stamped. My wife is on H4 and I am on H1-B. Will we have problem in getting our visa revalidated? The appointment date is Oct 6 and how long should I wait to get our passports stamped and mailed to us. I have only one month of vacation time and not sure if the passport will arrive in time. Anybody who has faced the same situation please let me know. I am concerned about name mispelling and time to get the visa revalidated.
