H4 Name Change. Help Please

New Member
My wife is on H4 visa and changed her first name during her recent visit to India. She obtained New passport with new first name and also carrying old passport that has valid current visa. New pasport has information abt old name and old Pasport number. She entered US with old visa and New passport and got her I-94 with New name. Now I want to send our passports for Visa re validation to DOS. But H4 Notice of Approval received from INS has her old name. ( We got this approval before she went to India).

Now My question is, Will there be any problem for her to get new visa with New name? She don't want to use her old name(lengthy) any more. Any information or experience is highly appriciated.
