Helllo,
I am currently at H1 visa in US . I will be getting married in coming Feb. Company of my wife is not able to process L1 visa for my wife before June/July or later. she will come with me on H4 visa and she take leaves from her company. Then can she get her visa transfered from H4 to L1 without going to India ? If she need to go outside US for that , can it be done in canada or mexico ?
