H4 Issue

Hi
When a company files for the H1B amedment, ( i have already have valid H1 and wife has valid H4 till end of 2005. )
Due to change in salary company has filed amended petetion.
do i need to file h4 also once again in form I 539.
if H1 is transferred from one compnay to another company , do we need to file H4 also

In case of amendment, I'm not sure if I-539 needs to be filed.

For company transfer, you need to file I-539(atleast have stay on I-94 extended to the new date).

Hi Gurus can you please eloberate the discussion on this, becuse primarily H4 is dependent on H1b status
