We are about to file I-485.
my wife\'s H4 is about to expire on june 2002.
my company who filed my GC did not updated my wife\'s H4 document.
still she is on my old company H4 document.
it is going to expire june 2002.
my lawyer said it is not required when you filed your I-485.
any advise pls
