I am thinking about filing for H4 visa for my husband. He lives in Canada with permanent resident status in past 3 years. Is he available to get visa in American consulate in Canada or he has to apply in Serbia where he has citizenship? How long does it take and do I need lawyer for this or I can file on my own? Thanks.
