H4 I94 Expired

Hi,

My wife's I94 expired on 11th June 2006.

Her 180 days of over stay ends on 10th Dec 2006.

But i got her H4 extended along with my H1 and the I94 that the INS has issued is from 22nd Dec 2006. ( 21st Dec 2006 was when my H1 was getting over )

I had also applied the I539 for my wife so that the INS can give a statement that her I94 is valid from June 2006 to currrent date. But in the approval notice they have not stated anything with regard to that.

So i have a confusion now as to send my wife to india as soon as possible or can she stay in the US since her I94 is valid from 22nd Dec 2006.

Please advice if any of you were in this strange situation.

I am kind of in the same situation. Kindly furnish few more details for better understanding.

Well my wifes H4 got expired in may2006. i just applied for extension on 22Dec2006 though. So I wanted to see how you have proceeded.

When did you apply extension after expired?
How did you apply for extension - Premium?
Did you hear any RFE on USCIS?
How about the affidavit that you guys have submitted. Is it ia misunderstanding quote that is included?

Kindly reply asap - so that i could expect some result. we filed in Nebraska.
