help!! it's urgent... im on h4 visa and im turning 21 on sept 22 this year...
expiration of visa: october 20, 2011
the date of validity of my stay here in the US..which was written on my passport is October 27, 2011.... is it possible that the homeland security made an error with the i94???? or am i still allowed to stay up to 2011 even if im turning 21 in 2 months???
pls help me...thanks...
 
Even USCIS make mistake prevailing law only apply.
Try to change your staus to F1 if you are eligible.
