H4 - I-539 application issue --Please help

I was working company A and joined and currently working in company B.
I have my H1 transfered and I539 for dependants approved by company B.

Company A, some how by mistake applied for I539 for MY dependants as my H1 was expiring .
Company A filed I539 for MY dependants after B filed I539 for .This is now pending status .

When will be my dependants status once the I539 IS REJECTED OR APPROVED OR Whatever. Do I need to bother about that ... as I have already
I539 for dependants approved by company B . Please suggest .

If you have H4 approved for your depenedents that was filed by co B you need not worry at all. USCIS will most probably not treat 539 petitions as H4 has already been approved.

H1 is different, it is co dependent but H4 rides on H1 beneficiary.

So since co B applied for H4 and it has been approved, your dependents are in status as long as the dates mentioned in their approval notices.

if either H1/H4 is approved for company B and after Company A applied for an extension, ask your lawyer to widthraw the extension for Company A since you are no longer an employee.
