H4 help please..146 days since expiration

H4 help please..is 146 days out of Status

H4 was filed 20 days after the expiration date.
Its been 120 Days since the application was filed.

I haven't received any information regarding the h4 application.
Does one get a SRC or receipt # for a H4 application from INS?

am i at any risk here??

H1 is fully valid.

any help will be highly appreciated.

Might

get a RFE or get h4 approval without I94. If it nears 180 days and no receipt or approval is in sight, it is better to leave US , get h4 stamped outside US and reenter.

I do not have a SRC# or Case# for the H4 Filing.
Is there a way for me to contact the INS directly on this issue.

other than the ones already mentioned.
You can trace the application using SSN from a sympathetic IIO of the service center.
