Hi ,
I was on H4, when i filed for my H1B in sep'04. H1B was approved in mid jan'05. My I-94 expires on aug-05 based on H4.
My employer did not provide me with a copy of the H1-B or any paystubs. So i applied for H4 again as H1b to H4 (may 1st week) (only providing the LIN No for the H1B as reference).
Will there be any issues if my employer withdraws the H1-B before my H4 is adjudicated(he has not done so far) or will there be any issues with my transfer?
Was i out of status in the middle?
