H4 - H1 - H4 Urgent

Hi,

We have received our H1 & H4(extension) from my previous company.I transfered my H1 to another company and started working for my new company.Meantime,My wife recieved an offer from different company and got her H1 (H4 -H1).Our visa stamping in the passport has already been expired.I have applied for visa revalidation for myself.My question is

1.Can my wife continue in H1 status till she finds her project ?
2.If she wants to convert her H1 to H4 again,What she needs to do ?
(Her old H4 is valid till 2006 with attached I-94 - My previous company but no stamping in the passport.)
3.Is new visa reissuance policy is going affect us to get H4 from current company after July 16 ?

---after Cos from H4 to H1 she is supposed to work with employer who filed for her H1 status if she is not working on H1 then she is out of status ( not illegal stay) she cannot get H1 stamping from DOS, as she has no pay stubs and not working on H1 and she did not have previous H1 Visa stamp in her passport
2.If she wants to convert her H1 to H4 again,What she needs to do ?

-again file H1 to H4 COS , go to good lawyer becase USCIS will find that she did NOT maintain H1 status
(Her old H4 is valid till 2006 with attached I-94 - My previous company but no stamping in the passport.)
----- if that H4 approval was approved AFTER geting H1 approval then she is in valid H4 status, last Action rule, if her H1 was approved after H4 extension approval then she is supposed to be on H1 but out of status
3.Is new visa reissuance policy is going affect us to get H4 from current company after July 16 ?
----- depends, what is your wife latest approval from USCIS and LATEST I-94 based on H1 or H4???

Remember the LAST ACTION RULE, what is last action from USCIS for your wife
