H4 -> H1 ??? ->H4 Need Help .. Please.....!!!!

I came in H4 on May 2001, and got a H1 in Nov 2002 from comp but i came to know about my H1 approved in Feb 2003 ..but i never joined to the comp..

Now i am not sure i am in H4 or H1..

Please advice me what is my status now.. Any advice and help would be appreciated...
 
What do you mean came to know? You did not receive the approval notice until Feb 2003? If you can take the risk, you can join the company - but you have to rake up some paystubs quickly. If there is no project, I would advise you to go out of US and get the new I94 showing H4 stamp to reset things back to status.
