My wife came to US on H-4 visa. She has a valid stamping in her passport which expires in Nov 2005. Later she got a job and now has an H1-B approval effective from Oct 1st 2004.
If she resigns or loses her job, do we have to apply for change of status from H1 to H4?
In that case can she go out of the country and re-enter US on her previous H-4 stamping?
Will that change her status back to H-4?
Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated..
