H4 -> H1 and Documents need for H1 B visa at l Mexico Border Post

Is any body has experience for Stamping on H1 B visa from Existing H4 visa.

I went to Multipleentry.com and there to Documents required section.I did not found for H4 to H1 stamping and docs required for that.There they have give only for H1 B ->H1 B,F1 ->H1B ...etc.

If any one went to H1 B stamping from H4 visa,Can you please inform the documents required for H1 B stamping.

Is there any Posibility to ask us to go for your country(INDIA) for H1 B stamping after we go to Mexican Border post.

Take all possible documents...see the DOS site for all possible document lists....multipleentry.com actually has an exhaustive list...I guess H-4 to H-1B wouldn't be so different than a new H-1B; Worst case scenario could always be they are not satisifed with the documentation or not in a position to grant you visa for any reason and refuse stamping. In that scenario, you have no other option but to catch a plane to India, as you will be refused entry into USA if you do not have a valid US visa stamp in your passport.
