Hi all,
A friend of mine came to the US on H4, and six months back, she got a job, and converted her status to H1. She now wants to get her H1 stamping done in either Canada or Mexico. Is that possible or does she need to go back to India for that? Keep in mind that her degree is from India. Will that pose any problems, considering that she has a foriegn and not a US degree?
