Dear all,
I came to USA on Aug 9th 2003 under employer1. I did not get any projects till Feb 2004, as the company was not doing so well. Hence I was not even included in the payroll. As a result I was not issued any pay stubs, W2. I found a new job, did a change of employer and am currently working and earning with employer2.
Now my wife has a valid H4 stamp under employer1.
Recently my wife and daughter visited the consulate for my daughter’s visa. I did not have my W2 or pay stubs of employer1.
I submitted all the pay stubs under current employer2. Still they refused her visa and they are asking for employer1 W2 and pay stubs.
How do I solve this situation?
