H4 first entry

One year ago I got my H1 visa and my kids got 3 years H4 visa. I came to US to work on H1 but my kids remain in Australia. Now I am going to bring them to the US. Can they simply come on their H4 visa granted one year ago? Or are there any restrictions on their H4 visa, e.g. the first entry into US must be within a certain period after the H4 visa is issued?
