H4 Extension

I recently got new I-797 and travelled out of US for new I-94. I want to apply for my family's H4 extension.Their present H4 expires in latter half of 2003.

Which forms do I have to fill and apply for them ? Can someone guide me here ?

Your suggestions, help will be highly appreciated.

If you did not simultaneously apply for your family's H4 extension, you may do so now by filing I-539, petition to extend non-immigrant status. Once that is approved, your family will get a new I-797 with new I-94 (the bototm portion of I-797).

Can you please tell me what documents need to be submitted along with the I-539 form. Do I need to send anything apart from these :My passport with the I-94, I-797, latest pay stubs.

Do I need to send the copy of the present I-797 copy ?
