I am on H-4 right now on my dad's H1. even my mom is on H1, i was wondering wht the procedure is to trasnfer my H-4 on my mom's H1. is it possible to apply H4 on both of my parents's H1's at the same time.
You can transfer from Dad to Mom's H4. Only one H4 at a time.
If you are a student, better change it to a F1 status. It will help you to get your own h1/OPT in the future without leaving the country. Also age limit is 21 for h4 dependent.
