My wife's H4 Visa expired on June-05-08 , applied for H4 Extension in April 08 , got the receipt and now it's in process in California Service Center ; Please note that I have valid H1 petition till 2010
Now the questions is , Company B has offered me a job and I would like to move ; Do I need to wait till my wife's current H4 extn application is approved or Can I switch to Company B and apply for transfer both me and my wife , Please Help
