I am on H1 and my wife is on H4. EAD's approved for both of us, and I140 is pending. Can she use EAD and later change back to H4 if needed?
--- The day she uses EAD her H4 becomes invalid.better not to use EAD till I-140 gets approved, if I-140 gets rejected then I-485 will be denied and EAD AP will be invalid and in that situation she has to depart US and need to enter on H4 status(if you are on H1 at that time)
Do we need to apply H4 petetion again, or she can stay with the existing H4?
